  • Q Do the timers of smart home work without wifi?

    A The schedule can work without wifi. When you lose your wifi connection, the schedule will still work to turn your device on/off. Besides, please kindly note that the plug reconnects a few minutes after the router restarts.

  • Q Why Open the cover of the single fire switch, the reset does not work

    1.  take offer the panel face from the powered on wall switch, and re-close it the panel is do not work;
    2.  turn off the power for 10 seconds, and then turn on the power switch to work normally. 
    The point is, do not open the face cover when the power is on.  If the face cover is opened, it needs to be powered off and restarted to start work. Resolve: cut off power and close well the panel, then turn on the power . ​ Principle: Capacitive touch chip, it has a self-check and self-calibration every time it is powered on. If you disassemble the panel and the panel is in a live condition, its self-calibration will be invalid. Automatically calibrate, or cut off the power supply and reconnect it. ​
